The principal, Rex Vance, is a licensed California real estate salesperson, DRE #02230282, licensed under Action Realty Inc (broker).
Acting as principal. When Vance Acquisitions LLC or Rex Vance offers to buy your property, we act as a principal buying for our own account — not as your agent, and not as a broker representing you in the transaction. We do not charge you a commission. You are encouraged to seek independent advice from an attorney, CPA, or a licensed agent of your choosing before signing anything.
Verify the license at the California Department of Real Estate (dre.ca.gov) and the entity at the California Secretary of State (bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov).
Privacy policy
The contact form collects a phone number, and optionally a name and notes about a property. That's all we collect, and one thing happens with it: Rex calls you back.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- Site analytics are cookieless and aggregate (Vercel Analytics).
- We keep contact information only as long as a conversation or transaction is live, then delete it on request or when it goes stale.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We collect only the identifiers you type into the form (name, phone number) and use them solely to return your call.
